Northern Lights at Durham Cathedral

We’re excited to announce that Northern Lights, the Durham University mixed A Cappella group of singers, will be joining us for a special fundraising concert on Saturday 6th June 2026.  

 

The group are current National Champions, seven- time National Champions and ….we’re very excited to announce …. this year Northern Lights represented the UK at the International A Cappella contest (ICCAs) and were placed second in the finals in New York. They also gained Outstanding Awards for both Arrangement and Choreography. 


 

We’ll be joined by members of Northern Lights in Chapter House for an hour of choral music in a variety of arrangements – think Pitch Perfect!​​ Find out more about this remarkable mixed A Cappella group from www.dunorthernlights.co.uk

 

All funds raised from ticket sales will support heritage and conservation projects at Durham Cathedral.
