Important Information: Annual Report Delivery

As we prepare for the release of this year’s Annual Report, we are notifying you about a significant change to how we will be distributing it.
In previous years, we have printed and posted a hard copy to every member all over the world. While we understand the value of a physical document, we have been reviewing our processes and the associated costs.
Last year the post alone averaged out at £1.81 per report (to UK), the printing costs were £2.30 per report plus envelopes and inserts. Furthermore the administrative time required to print labels and stuff envelopes took two days of staff time.
By moving online, a digital-only brochure this year, we anticipate saving nearly £5000 in total. We are keen to reallocate these funds directly towards a project here at the Cathedral, rather than spending it on printing and postage.
Primary Delivery: By Email Only: You will receive a link to view the full Annual Report online. We believe this format will also allow us to present the information in a brochure style which will be easy to read.
By Post: We of course understand that not everyone is happy with digital formats. If you would prefer to receive a physical hard copy in the post, we are more than happy to arrange that. If you do not have access to emails and have expressed receiving communications by post only, you will continue to do so.

2026 Membership Rates are:
Individual Friends £ 24 pa
Joint Friends (at same address) £ 36 pa
Individual Life Membership £ 300 (Membership still valid for those at old rate)
Joint Life Membership (at same address) £ 500 (Membership still valid for those at old rate)
